Mark and I do make this daily and we have found pretty good groove with it. We have the Spinach, Pineapple and Cucumbers pre-sliced and bagged in the freezer. The celery we wash, cut and prep 3 days at time. The rest is pretty simple to measure out daily.

Equipment
- juicer and a blender
Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery, juiced juice this and strain
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp ginger, ground
- 2 lemons juice these
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins
- 1 scoop Super Greens
- 1/2 tbsp Chai Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Hemp Heart Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Juice the Celery
- Blend all ingredients in the blender
- Pour into 2 glasses – enjoy
