Ossorio – Bike Rides and Bakery Bites
Some Saturdays start with a slow, quiet sunrise and pug snuggles. Bike ride to a new bakery and strange smoking poems. We headed into Cocoa Village to finally check out this cute little bakery. The croissants are made on site and are legit amazing. Flaky, buttery and amazing as a sandwich. The bacon was crispy and perfect. Coffee – Mark got a Cafe Au Lait and I order and loved a white chocolate ice coffee. I so love our weekend breakfast bike rides and sunrises.
On the way to the cafe there was this strange little poem about smoking. Looks like it was written and taped up years. Walking around Cocoa Village is cute, lots of art. Ossorio Bakery and Cafe like many restaurants here has lots of art on the wall for purchase. I am loving this molding painting with oranges.
Ossorio also serves up ice-cream, pizza and lunch….

loving my bike rides and breakfasts with this guy!
white chocolate ice coffee was great and did not taste like syrup.
Ok – this was amazing. Croissant was fresh, flaky, buttery and amazing as a sandwich. The bacon was crispy and they placed it inside a blanket if eggs… with cheese melted over it. I was able to bring 1/2 home with me.
Mark got a croissant loaded with veggies… he liked it. I am still wondering why there was not bacon on it. sad.
I have no issues with saving the dolphins and the turtles but those paper straws are NASTY. This place had some sort of friendly straw that was more like plastic. loved.
The walls were lined with all sorts of art. We will be back for this.
Strange little smoking poem.
