We are a work in progress! Wellness Wednesdays is just a day to stop and check with ourselves… are we good? There is always room for improvement… strive for a better you in 2021. START NOW! The best way to do this is to figure out what you want and make it a daily habit. No resolutions… just better habits… actively work towards your goals by making changes in your daily routine / life. Small and realistic steps are the way to go.

Self-care is hard, it takes discipline and willpower to do the right things day in and day out. Use Wellness Wednesday’s as a day to check in with you. You have to set goals and not only know your priorities but choose them. Create good habits for yourself and handle as many as you can daily. This ultimate self-care checklist is a little over the top and will not apply to everyone, everyday. We have also included some fun things to balance you out. Take care of you so you can be there for your loved ones.
On the days you are just not feeling it… take a look at these and maybe figure out what is missing in your life.
Take a Tubby / Bath
Take a bath or a steam shower.
Weighted Blankets have some amazing benefits.
MAKE YOUR BED
Your mom probably yelled at you for this. Maybe she knew it was great for you, maybe she just wanted a tidy room. Either way if you picked up on the habit you are golden. Who in your house makes the beds?
Farts put you in shitty moods, so it only makes sense that good smells put you in good moods. Check out this traveling Aromatherapy bracelet.
Lots of us use white white with the babies, so this makes sense. Sound machines are great for this. We travel with one and use the white noise in the hotel rooms. It helps for lots of reasons, mostly the odd noises coming from a strange new place. Personally, I find bathroom fans very soothing.
I mean this sounds easy right? It is amazing how stopping to take THE RIGHT breathe can completely reenter you and change your mood.

Maybe this is not for you. I can see see it being great at a kids desk. Help them channel some anxiety from those online classes. Put it near your coffee and zen yourself while watching the morning news (try not to slip the board).
