This UNIVERSAL STUDIOS Restaurant is one of the BEST Universal has to offer. The staff is always very friendly and the everything is always very clean. The food is timely and very well prepared. We always start with the Edamame. There are three options sriracha, ginger or garlic sea salts. The garlic is our favorite.
Mark and Saoirse usually get some some sushi and I like to ping pong between the burgers and the chicken.

Fresh tuna, jalapeño, cream cheese, kani, scallions inside, coated with panko and flash fried. Topped with Japanese mayo and sriracha. Served with ponzu dipping sauce
Doug’s Filet Roll – $17.00
Avocado, kani, cream cheese inside, topped with thin slices of seared filet mignon, spicy mayo, scallions, masago. Served with a side of pounded ginger sauce
Flying Hawaiian – $15.00
Crispy panko crusted chicken breast, sweet chili glaze, lettuce, tomato, grilled ham and pineapple, toasted Hawaiian bun
