The wellness wagon is something we pretty much all struggle to stay on. Sure there will be a few planned stops along the way, not to mention jumping off from time to time. The important thing is to get back on the wagon when we fall off.
EGGS & CHEESE
Eggs are my go to protein. We always have them so when meals have not been planned I fall back on the egg to keep me on track. However, I can not help a good cheese. Habanero Cheddar is my favorite. Cooked in coconut oil and wrapped up in this shell. These shells actually taste batter then what would be considered normal shells.
