Deviled Eggs are always a party and holiday favorite. We like to make “extra” so we can snack on them for days after. During Easter we like to use the dyed eggs to jazz up the morning feast.

EASTER DEVILED EGGS

Just use the dyed eggs and make as normal. You can also add some food coloring to the yolk’s to brighten it up.

Use a larger pastry tip so egg chunk’s don’t get stuck in the tip.

EGG MAKER – This egg maker makes 10 PERFECT hard boiled eggs easy to peel every single time.

Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs – Better than Classic – The perfect party and holiday snack

Ingredients

  • 10 Boiled Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Duke's Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Pickle Juice
  • 2 sprinkles Salt & Pepper use as needed
  • 2 dashes Old Bay use as needed

Instructions

  • Boil 10 Eggs – Peel – Cut in half – Scoop out the yolk's
  • Smash the yolk's
  • Add in salt, pepper, old bay and mix
  • Add in pickle juice, mayo and mustard and mix
  • taste
  • add in more salt and pepper as needed
  • suggestion – add cayenne
  • mix and smash getting out all the lumps and chunks
  • put in pastry bag – fill the eg cavities
  • store in fridge and serve chilled
  • * hide some for yourself for the next day
