KING CAKE – A Mardi Gras tradition. Well this year instead of buying I decided to make it, Seeing as though YEAST baking is not my jam I decided to buy an adorable kit. It was simple and tasty!!!!! It was flaky and filled with cinnamon goodness. The vanilla aroma filled the house all day – it was awesome!
KING CAKE
My morning started with opening the kit and figuring how much time I would need to make this and if I needed additional supplies.
The kit comes with everything you need except the water, butter and one egg.
If you don’t want to purchase the cake kit – here is a simple recipe.
