There are lots of different ways to make corn, here is yet another delicious version. I am not going to lie and say this is my favorite, because it isn’t. Not because it isn’t good, but different meals call for different kinds of corn. If you are going to BOIL corn though, this is the ONLY way to do it! This goes best with RIBS, Burgers and Hot Dogs.
Boiling the corn with the cream and the butter packs the corn with so much flavor, you wont ever make it any other way again. Little garlic salt after it comes out of the pot and you are good to go. Check out the recipe for a few other key ingredients
First, you want to boil the water with a tablespoon of white sugar and brown sugar.
Add in a cup of heavy cream, stick of butter, paprika and salt – bring to a boil.
Add in the pepper in and simmer for about 6 to 8 minutes.
Remove, serve and ENJOY!!!!!
CREAM BOILED CORN
Ingredients
- 6 ears FRESH Corn on the cob
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp White Sugar
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- BOIL – Fill a pot with water and boil
- Add in – Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cream, Butter and Sugar – Keep at a boil
- Drop Corn in – turn heat down
- boil for about 6 to 8 minutes
- Pull for boiled cream mixture and serve – ENJOY!
