Bake these ribs low and slow and your family will love them! The meat will just fall off the bone. We paired the rubs with some EASY taters and some cream boiled corn.
Oven baked ribs are the way to go – after you pre you just sit back and wait.
MEMBRANE – Some ribs, most, come with the membrane removed. If the membrance is still on the ribs. It is important to remove this first. Just pull the membrane up, use a knife and lift it away from the bone.
Season the ribs, both sides. We used old bay, llittle cinnamon, steak seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Place them in a baking dish, cover with tinfoil. Bake at 275 for about 3 to 4 hours, until tender.
Slather the ribs, both sides. Place on a cookie sheet and put back in oven on broil for just a few moments. The sauce will caramelize and you will be ready to serve.
Sprinkle both sides with garlic, pepper, salt, steak seasoning, old bay and a little cinnamon.
Bake until tender, slather BBQ sauce on the ribs.
We paired the ribs with corn we boiled in cream and butter.
These tarters we under cooked in the steem bag. After they came out I sliced them in half, and pan fried them a bit with butter, garlic and Italian seasonings.
Quick & Easy RIBS
Ingredients
- Ribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Old Bay
- Cinnamon
- Garlic
- BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°
- Membrane – if the ribs still have the membrance – remove it
- Season both sides of the ribs – sprinkle and rub in – just a little cinnamon
- Place the ribs in a baking sheet and cook slow and low for about 3 to 4 hours or until tender
- Remove the ribs, slather with BBQ and place on cookie sheet
- Broil for a few moments until they caramelize.
- Serve and Enjoy
