Well this morning I woke up and forgot it was National Ground Hog Day. Which means I was not ready for the ground hog treat of the day! SHAME ON ME!!! (hahah) In previous years I have made with brownies from the bakery… or even brownie bites. This year the bakery had GIRL SCOUT CUCPCAKES…. HELLO!!! YES PLEASE!!! Point is… be creative think outside the box!

The frosting in a can like this can be a bit pricy.., but you do not need that much and with SPRING, Mardi Gras and St. Paddy’s Day right around the corner… it will get all used up – so go for it!

Groundhog Brownie Bites

3 ingredients is all you need and NO BAKING

Ingredients

  • 1 PACK Little Bites Brownie Bites
  • 1 PACK Teddy Grahams
  • 1 can green frosting
  • sprinkle green sprinkles are optional

Instructions

  • Open the brownie bites
  • Open the Teddy Grahams and break their legs off
  • Open the frosting and choose the tip that looks like a star
  • Front the center and then around
  • Stick the Teddy Graham in the frosting and sprinkle
