
This blog started off as my 90 day journey to loose 30 pounds. However, I am realizing that being over 40, a mother, a wife and a lover of park and beach life… this is just not something I want. ok – I originally started at the beginning of 2022 with a plan. However, I fell off the wagon, down the hill and into a ditch!!! I am picking myself up – dusting myself off and getting back on the weight loss / fit wagon. I ordered a new book and have a new plan / schedule and I am about to kill it. Keep checking back for updates and food finds.

GOALS
My goals are the same as before. I need to loose weight because of my knees and well… bathing suit season is coming up… so let’s do this!!!
Creating new daily habits… the secret is going to be creating new habits when I feel like I am about to fail.
SWEETS
I love sweets and I needed to get some supplies to set myself up for success. Here are some of the sweets I seem to be into right now.

WATER
Well today is January 5th – Wellness Wednesday. Drinking more water is a habit I am getting in to. My intentions are always great and I usually do pretty good – but this bottle is helping me make certain I am getting it done daily!!!

TREADMILL
this is the treadmill I have – actually I have 2!!! I use it for walking… it is light and I move it all over the place… love love love love it!!!! GET IT HERE


MARCH 2022
February 27th – March 28th
Looking to loose 10 pounds this month. This is about .3333 daily, 2.3 / 2.5 weekly. I have also measured myself prior to and will do this every 30 days. After 2 weeks – day 14 I am down 6 pounds. A little ahead of schedule… but this is where it gets tough. Starting to see a difference ends up leading to self sabotage on my part.
DAY 16 – March 14 2022 – Monday
Starting the week off strong and with a great plan. In order for my plan to be successful, I need to make certain I have a plan for the family’s meals / schedule. This can prove to be VERY challenging.
DAY 17 – March 15 2022 – Tuesday
Food, exercise and willpower were on point yesterday. I said no to so many EXTRAS and worked out when I did not want to. So this morning when I was up… you bet your ass I was pissed. MADDER THEN MAD!!! Threw myself a good old fit – talked myself down from the ledge – drank my water and made a plan for the day. This plan includes eating Mexican food with the ladies for lunch! I will skip the drinks and make certain I get the water and exercise in. Probably do some extra steps… just out the desk back to the treadmill and my plan is to hit it hard.
Day 21 – March 19, 2022 – Saturday
How in the hell am I down?!?!? 3.6 left to loose before the 30day mark. This past week was a struggle. Maybe the time change, maybe the everyday trying hard is wearing on me? Who knows… just know I had some good and bad food days but kept up with the 100oz of water daily, 10k in steps, vibration board and core workouts. So something is working. 9 days!!!!

Yummy Food Finds
Always on the look out for some yummy food finds. Not gonna lie… nothing tastes better than the original of anything but ya need to try and get as close as possible to keep you on track.

The popcorn is fucking amazing! I think because it is not butter – it has the lime flavor so it is jut trying to be it’s own thing and she #nailedit! Looks like the bag pops about 3 servings. 25 calories per serving and about 4 carbs. Worth it!





RASPBERRY BELLINI
I recently purchased some KETO bread that was the best I have had yet, even tastes good before toasted. However, I have been dying to find a good jelly – fingers crossed this hits the spot this week!


KETO CHEESECAKE
These are in the freezer section and have 2 little cheese cakes in them. My daughter Emily found them at Walmart and I found them at Publix, pretty sure she got the better price. I have not yet tried, but she said she liked it.


KNEES
My knees are junk and I ice them about 5 to 6 times a week just to stay on top of the inflammation. Recently I purchased these bad boys and I am LOVING THEM!!!!
