RANCH CHOPS - CROCKPOT FREEZER MEAL

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • ½ Onion
  • 2 tbsp Garlic - minced
  • 1/2 stick Irish Garlic Butter (or a reg stick will do)
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp old bay
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup - small
  • 1/2 cup water

SIDE

  • 1 box Orzo

Instructions

FREEZER BAG PREP

  • Grab your freezer bag
  • Label it... with the date and reminder as to how to cook it
  • Put all ingredients into the bag

COOKING PREP

  • pull the meal out the night before and thaw it in the fridge
  • Dump in crockpot, cover and cook
  • LOW - 3 hours - they can dry out so check them

PAIR IT WITH

  • When the pork chops are alomost done - boil a box of orzo - season with galirc salt and butter
