Catalina Apricot Chicken - CROCKPOT FREEZER MEAL

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 ½ cups Apricot Preserve
  • 1 cup Catalina Dressing
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

FREEZER BAG PREP

  • Trim the fat from the chicken
  • Label it... with the date and reminder as to how to cook it
  • Put all ingredients into the bag

COOKING PREP

  • pull the meal out the night before and thaw it in the fridge
  • Dump in crockpot, cover and cook
  • LOW - 6 tp 8 hours
  • HIGH - 4 to 6 hours

PAIR IT WITH

  • couscous - this is so easy to make - just boil water with butter and garlic and pop the couscous in - let it sit for 5 minutes and fluff with a fork
