Quick Crockpot Chicken Thighs 5 in min
Need to get something started super quick and walk away - here ya go
- 1 package Chicken Thighs
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- sprinkle black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 package onion mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (you can use mushroom)
- 1/2 can water
- mushroom - optional
heat the skillet to medium and add the extra virgin olive oil in
dump the chicken in with garlic - pepper and onion mix
sauté the chicken on both sides - about 4 minutes each side
turn the crockpot to low
dump in the chicken soup and a can of water - mix it up
slow cook for 4 to 5 hours
