Quick Crockpot Chicken Thighs 5 in min

Need to get something started super quick and walk away - here ya go

Ingredients

  • 1 package Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sprinkle black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 package onion mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (you can use mushroom)
  • 1/2 can water
  • mushroom - optional

Instructions

  • heat the skillet to medium and add the extra virgin olive oil in
  • dump the chicken in with garlic - pepper and onion mix
  • sauté the chicken on both sides - about 4 minutes each side
  • turn the crockpot to low
  • dump in the chicken soup and a can of water - mix it up
  • slow cook for 4 to 5 hours

TIPS

  • If you are a family on the go and have the time during the day - finish it early. Make your side dish early - plate it all - wash the crockpot and clean up. This way everyone can heat up their plate as they arrive home for the evening.
