Caramel Crisp Bubbly

A refreshing way to enjoy Fall


  • 1 cup apple cider (honey crisp is best)
  • 1 cup caramel vodka
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • salted caramel for the rim
  • cinnamon and sugar rim
  • apple slices


PREP THE GLASSES - in advance and set up on display

  • dip the glasses in caramel and then in the cinnamon and sugar

PREP THE MIX - in advance and keep in fridge and pour as needed

  • mix the vodka and apple cider in a pitcher - refrigerate

POUR - as needed

  • fill each glass about 1/2 way or 3/4 of the way with the cider mix...
  • pop the bubbly and top off
  • slice the apples right before serving and add to edge of glass - optional
