Pasta Chips - EXTRA CRUNCHY

These chips pack huge flavor and even bigger crunch

Ingredients

  • ½ box Tube Pasta - Rigatoni
  • 4 to 6 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Marinara

Instructions

  • COOK - pasta al dente, drain and coat with 1/2 the olive oil
  • AIR FRYER - cook at 390° for 8 minutes - single layer
  • After 8 minutes - open the air fryer shake and put back in until crisp
  • mixing bowl - mix the other half of olive oil and your choice of seasonings
  • pull the pasta chips from the air fryer - dump into the mixing bowl - stir
  • add the parmesan cheese AND some mozzarella if you have it
  • heat up your side of marina and serve with your pasta chips
