Pasta Chips - EXTRA CRUNCHY
These chips pack huge flavor and even bigger crunch
- ½ box Tube Pasta - Rigatoni
- 4 to 6 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup Marinara
COOK - pasta al dente, drain and coat with 1/2 the olive oil
AIR FRYER - cook at 390° for 8 minutes - single layer
After 8 minutes - open the air fryer shake and put back in until crisp
mixing bowl - mix the other half of olive oil and your choice of seasonings
pull the pasta chips from the air fryer - dump into the mixing bowl - stir
add the parmesan cheese AND some mozzarella if you have it
heat up your side of marina and serve with your pasta chips
