Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger

Instructions

  • slice the lemons - squeeze them into the jar and then put in jar
  • slice the cucumber super thin - place in the jar
  • grate the ginger into the jar
  • let it sit in the jar overnight in the fridge
  • strain in the morning and place back in the jar
  • enjoy all of it in one day
