PANCAKES WITH PUDDING

Honestly, there are a million recipes out there for pancakes! At the end of the day it is a personal choice as to which are the best. However, adding some instant pudding to the mix is one way to jazz them up! Think outside the box and add lemon, chocolate, vanilla and more. You could make chocolate and add graham crackers and drizzle with Fluff!

First day of school pancakes always get topped with fruity pebbles.

add this to your pancakes to jazz them up

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2 tbsp instant pudding

Instructions

  • mix all ingredients together
  • heat griddle to 375, spray with cooking oil
  • pour a 1/4 of a cup of batter into pan, cook until it bubbles a bit, flip and cook on the other side a little less
  • and enjoy
  • try topping it with fruity pebbles, chocolare chips.
  • wrap in wax paper – freeze and you can reheat in the toaster!
