dice up all your veggies and measure out your cheese and clean out the pepper
heat the skillet up and throw in your minced garlic
add in the spinach, chicken sausage, pepperoni and saute' for a bit
heat the oven to BROIL
marinara - add this in - toss long enough to heat it up, but not cook away
fill the pepper
top with cheese and put in oven to broil for just a bit
** the filling measures about 3/4 of a cup
** marinara - if you like it "saucy" add more just know this changes the calories quickly
