Pizza Peppers

Packed with Protein and flavor without the calories.

Ingredients

  • green pepper
  • spinach
  • turkey pepperoni
  • chicken sausage - Italian
  • marinara
  • garlic
  • mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • dice up all your veggies and measure out your cheese and clean out the pepper
  • heat the skillet up and throw in your minced garlic
  • add in the spinach, chicken sausage, pepperoni and saute' for a bit
  • heat the oven to BROIL
  • marinara - add this in - toss long enough to heat it up, but not cook away
  • fill the pepper
  • top with cheese and put in oven to broil for just a bit
  • ** the filling measures about 3/4 of a cup
  • ** marinara - if you like it "saucy" add more just know this changes the calories quickly
