Candy Corn Cake Cookies

Candy corn, cake and chocolate together at last in a cookie - yum yum yum!

Materials

  • 1 box Cake Mix - we prefer chocolate for this cookie
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 stick Butter - melted
  • ½ cup chopped up candy corn
  • additional whole candy corn to top

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350° and line baking sheet with parchment paper (do not bake directly on the pan)
  • In a bowl mix egg and butter
  • Add in the "chocolate" cake mix – mix by hand until blended - leave a little cake mix out to dust the chopped dup candy corn
  • Put the dough in the fridge for 15minutes
  • Candy Corn - chop up if you are going to add to the inside of the cookie - dust them with the additional cake mix that you did not add above
  • Grab the dough from the fridge - fold in the chopped up candy corn that you dusted in cake mix
  • Scoop - Roll and Flatten your Cookies - add an additional candy corn to the top of the cookie
  • Bake for 12 minutes at 350°
  • This will make about 20 cookies
  • LET THEM COOL ON THE PARCHMENT PAPER
