Unicorn Cake Cookies
Magically Sweet and Delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 box Sprinkle Cake Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 Stick Salted Butter (melted)
- ½ Cup Unicorn Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350° and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a bowl mix egg and butter
- Add in the "sprinkle" cake mix - mix by hand until blended
- Add in Unicorn chips - mix
- STOP - put the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes
- This will make 20 cookies - scoop out - roll - dip in MORE sprinkles - flatten
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350°
- Let cool on pan for about 5minutes before moving to the cooling rack
- Cool completely before putting on plate to serve.
